「自我愛惜或保健」有很多不同的面孔:有時對自己嚴格,踢自己一把,有時放手原諒,回舒適區休息。
不管何時適用哪一種方式,「照顧,愛惜」都來自於「尊重」
尊重自己,就像尊重親友,爸媽,伴侶一樣。
這可能是我們一生中都在努力學習的事。不過自尊就像其他習慣,可以學習❤️
🌸隔離時我把我對自己的期望放得比平時低,心裡已準備每天很有可能心情低潮,作息不好,亂吃亂喝的狀況。因此,當我實際上過了不錯,有自律充實的一天,我感到非常滿意😮🤩
而當我走偏時,我原諒了自己。一個人的時候 要保持冷靜很困難,而「失敗只是過程的一部分」
寬恕是愛的形式, 每次原諒是轉換心情和改善狀況的機會🤗

Self-love has a lot of different faces: for me it can range from “get-shit-done, kick-more-ass” to “let go, it’s ok, rest in comfort.”
Caring or loving, comes from the base of RESPECT.
I think as a woman, respecting yourself is harder than respecting your best friends, partners, families at time - We tend to put others first.
And therefor self-respect and -love is an endless journey... but like anything else, it can be learned.

Quarantine tip:
To make quarantine easy on myself, was prepared for two weeks of shxx-state😂. I expected myself to feel unmotivated, trapped, plus eat tons of crap. 🍩 🧁 😂😅
So when I actually had a productive day, I was pleased, and when I was a mess, I was fine with it too.
Forgiving is a form of love. Every time you let go, for yourself or others, it’s a chance to start over🦋🤗
